Notice is hereby given that there will be a general meeting of ROHR Zimbabwe in Manchester as follows; –

Event: ROHR Zimbabwe combined Manchester / Liverpool General Meeting

Date: Saturday 8th March 2014

Time: 2:00pm – 5.00pm

Venue: Methodist Church Central Hall, Oldham Street, Manchester M1 1JQ

Notes:

 

  • Main agenda is the reconstitution of Manchester and Liverpool Branch Executive Committees
  • We will need new blood in these committees or if members deem fit, reshuffling of existing portfolio holders.
  • Food and soft drinks will be served for free
  • There will be important updates on exciting developments on the ground in Zimbabwe, South Africa, USA and within the UK
  • The Chairperson of The Board of Trustees, Grace Mupfurutsa will be available to give updates
  • Members of the National Executive Committee will also be at hand to assist with processes and information

THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT MEETING NOT TO BE MISSED.
