We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Billie Nedie to the Board of Trustees of Restoration of Human Rights (ROHR) Zimbabwe.
His appointment is with effect from 27th March 2020.
Mr Billie Nedie has been with ROHR Zimbabwe since inception in 2007 and has worked in various capacities within the UK Chapter. He was at one point the Chairperson of the UK Chapter. He has been a member of the UK Chapter’s Advocacy & Mentorship Sub-Committee since its formation in October 2016.
Mr Billie Nedie is a veteran human rights activist whose involvement in human rights dates back to his days in leadership of labour unions in Zimbabwe prior to his emigration to the UK.
He brings a lot experience to the Board of Trustees of ROHR Zimbabwe.
With effect from 27th March 2020, the current Board of Trustees of ROHR Zimbabwe is lined up as follows;-
