ROHR Fifth Board Meeting falls on Jubilee anniversary Statement by ROHR Zimbabwe Board of Trustees –               16th January, 2013 The Restoration of Human Rights Zimbabwe held its 5th board meeting at the Meikles Hotel in Harare on the 14th of December 2012. The Board of Trustee in attendance for the quorum were; Grace Mupfurutsa who retained her position as the Chairperson, Edgar Chikuvire who was appointed to Board Secretary, Ronald Mureverwi who was appointed to Vice Chairperson and Stendrick Zvorwadza who stepped down to be a Board Member. REDUCTION OF SUBSCRIPTION FEES Date: 1st August, 2012 Pursuant to a resolution passed at a duly constituted meeting of the National Executive Committee of ROHR Zimbabwe – UK Chapter in Birmingham on 7th July, 2012, we are pleased to announce the reduction of subscription fees from £10 (Ten Pounds Sterling) a month to £5 (Five Pounds Sterling) a month. This is with effect from 7th July, 2012. The joining fee (for new members) remains pegged at £10 (Ten Pounds Sterling) and, by its nature, is a once off payment. We espouse the founding principles in the founding document of ROHR, namely, The Notarial Deed of Donation & Trust of 30th August, 2007. We consider this document to be the basis for the existence of ROHR. To us, the issue is not about individuals and we will not align ourselves with individuals but with the correct position(s) at any given time. Sten is the Vice Chairperson of ROHR Zimbabwe Board of Trustees and Spokesperson.
